A former bakery in Douglas could become new homes - if planners give the green light.
Developer Modena Lifestyles has applied to demolish the former Crellins Bakehouse on Grosvenor Road.
In its place would be a terrace of four new houses, each with five bedrooms.
Modena Lifestyles, based in Ballanard Road in Douglas, says the new homes would all have parking spaces.
