A man from Douglas has applied to open a yoga teaching facility in his home.
David Forbes has asked for planning permission to turn a room at his property on Osborne Grove into a yoga room.
He says he'd teach up to 14 people at a time from 6pm to 8pm each evening.
Mr Forbes is the founder of the Isle of Man Prana Vashya Yoga School.
