A planning application has been submitted for Peel's regional sewage treatment strategy.
In an update from Manx Utilities, the submission is now undergoing final checks and includes an Environmental Impact Assessment and Flood Risk Assessment.
It comes as part of plans to prevent sewage being pumped into the bay.
