Jurby airfield could house a campsite during next year’s TT fortnight.
A planning application has been submitted to temporarily change the use of the land.
The proposal is to create a camp and festival site.
The application is currently under consideration - it will be determined by the Council of Ministers as the Department of Infrastructure says it has a vested interest as owner of the land.
