A planning application has been submitted for five tourist 'pods' on land off Bridge House in Braddan.
Applicants say the idea is to develop unique accommodation where guests can feel and reconnect to Manx nature with minimum impact on the environment.
There is also hopes to introduce a number of activities for those staying, including a walking trail, bird watching, spa therapy, and outdoor yoga.
If approved, the pods would have a small verandah area with a hot tub, and include two bedrooms, a bathroom, a lounge/kitchen and a star gazing platform.
You can find more information about the application here.
