Planning application costs set to rise

The cost of submitting planning applications could rise this summer.

The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture wants to increase prices by five per cent from August 1st.  
 
Costs will continue to be calculated upon the complexity of the proposed development - lodging an appeal is also set to rise by £15.
