A flight which turned back to the Isle of Man after reporting a smell of smoke probably had faulty air conditioning, according to investigators.
The Air Accidents Investigation Branch has released its report into the incident aboard an easyJet flight from Ronaldsway to Bristol last March.
The pilot turned around just minutes into the flight after smelling burning and spotting a mist in the cockpit.
The AAIB says a faulty air cycler was responsible for the smell, and the aircraft's operator is now considering new procedures in case it happens again.
