A woman waiting to hear news of her family in the Philippines following the Typhoon Haiyan disaster says that Island relief efforts are touching.
The devastating typhoon hit the country last week. The death toll continues to rise and people desperately in need of food, water and medicine.
The Manx government has donated £100,000 to the cause; the One World Centre is co-ordinating street donations and 3FM, Energy FM and PokerStars have all launched appeals.
