Heritage sites across the Isle of Man are starting a phased reopening from today.
The House of Manannan in Peel is partially opening today with access to the shop and cafe before fully reopening this Saturday (April 24) from 9.30am to 4.30pm.
Also on Saturday, the Manx Museum will welcome back visitors each day from 9.30am to 4.30pm.
Meanwhile, Castle Rushen and Rushen Abbey are back in action from Saturday, May 1 - the castle will be available five days a week from Thursday to Monday and the abbey accessible three days a week from Saturday to Monday.
All other Manx National Heritage (MNH) sites will open for special events, weekly guided tours and pre-booked group visits until the Isle of Man border restrictions are lifted.
MNH's Head of Public Services, Gaynor Haxby, says: "Whilst we have had to change the way we operate in response to the COVID pandemic and the current closure of our borders, all of our sites will be accessible on a regular basis over the spring and summer through guided tours, special events or general visits.
"We hope local residents will support us by visiting, joining a site tour or attending a special event this spring and summer."
