A petition has been launched to reinstate weekly bin collections in Douglas.
Last year, the council made the decision to reduce bin collections to once every two weeks, in an effort to encourage recycling.
The petition says Douglas Borough Council didn't consider the impact it would have on the 'wellbeing of residents and the environment.'
It calls on the council to either go back to a weekly bin collection schedule with 'immediate effect,' or for Councilors Claire Wells and Falk Horning to resign.
The petition currently has over 500 signatures.
