Mark Cavendish's wife has admitted she couldn't watch the moment he achieved his record-breaking 35th stage win at the Tour de France.
Peta Cavendish spoke to PA news agency about the Manx Missile becoming the most successful rider ever at the event.
She says watching sprints is something she finds very stressful and she doesn't enjoy the tension.
But she says she had a good feeling her husband would win the fifth stage of this year's Tour de France from the moment it started.
