A Douglas industrial estate unit could become a pet grooming business under a new planning application.
Natalie Kerr of Windsor Terrace in Douglas has applied for permission to convert a unit on the South Quay Industrial Estate.
She says she's been operating a mobile grooming service, Tip Top Tails, but now wants permanent premises.
Miss Kerr says only one customer would be catered for at a time, and the industrial estate would allow her to work flexibly.
