Manx Care says a number of services will move out of Ramsey Cottage Hospital as it deals with a pest control issue.
The temporary changes will come in on Monday, December 15 for what the organisation says it remedial work following problems at the site.
Skin service, blood and ECG clinics, the renal service, minor injuries unit including X-ray, podiatry clinic, physio clinic, continence, tissue viability clinics, dental outpatients, bone density scanning and phototherapy services are all affected.
Four months of work is planned, including a deep clean, and Manx Care says it doesn't yet know how much it'll cost.
