A landmark house on the TT course has applied for retrospective permission to sell refreshments during motorsport festivals.
Noel Kelly of Port-e-Candiss House in Ballacraine has lodged a planning application for the facility.
The garden shed would sell tea and coffee to marshals and the public during TT and the Festival of Motorcycling.
In his application, Mr Kelly says the wooden building's used as a domestic shed for the rest of the year.
