Following a significant gorse fire earlier this week the Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Service has asked the public to take extra care.
With the weather set to improve and temperatures expected to pick up, rural areas will begin to dry out following the very wet winter.
With this comes the risk of accidental fire, which can cause widespread damage.
