People who need treatment for minor injuries or illnesses are asked not to go to Noble's Hospital today.
In a post on social media, Manx Care says it's due to 'staffing challenges' within the Emergency Department.
Anyone looking for non-urgent assistance is asked to instead go to the minor injuries unit at Ramsey and District Cottage Hospital.
It's open from 8am until 8pm 7 days a week.
