People are being asked to consider whether they really need to attend the Emergency Department at Noble’s Hospital.
In a statement from Manx Care, the hospital is said to be experiencing a high volume of people entering the Emergency Department and is very busy.
People are asked to think about visiting the Minor Injuries unit at Ramsey Cottage hospital instead, where they can help with a wide range of minor illnesses and injuries, such as burns, sprains, and suspected breaks or dislocation.
Manx Care ensures it’s monitoring the situation so that safe levels of care can be delivered.
