A pensioner who refused to self-isolate for two weeks will be in prison for the next month and a half.
Police revealed the 64 year old, who hasn't been named, appeared in court yesterday charged with breaching the Island's Covid regulations.
He admitted failing to isolate himself after being told to do so and was jailed.
Police say following the rules is the Island' best defence against the virus.
