An Island company could be giving the new Steam Packet ferry terminal in Liverpool a new neighbour - the UK's first ever floating sauna.
Peel Waters, part of the Peel Group, has announced the proposals for Princes Dock - next to the new terminal.
A planning application has been submitted to the city's council for a 30-person sauna complex with ice baths, waterfall showers and outdoor seating.
The complex would be housed on a pontoon in the docks.
