Do you have what it takes to save lives at sea?
RNLI crews in Peel are looking for volunteers to join the existing team in the role of Shore Crew.
Operating from within the fishing harbour of Peel, the station has the first Shannon class all weather lifeboat - the most advanced in the RNLI fleet - to be based in the Isle of Man.
The Shore Crew team are responsible for helping to launch the lifeboat, managing the safety of the area during a launch and refuelling and servicing the boat when they return from a ‘shout’ or training exercise.
If you are a team player with good general fitness and the ability to learn new skills, this could be the role for you.
You must live or work within a reasonable distance of the station and be between 17 and 65 years of age.
