A teenager was transferred to hospital as lifeboat crews were called out at the weekend.
Peel volunteers went to a beach near the old Victorian swimming baths at 11pm on Saturday, June 9, to reports of a casualty.
Arriving at the scene, along with Mersey Lifeboat, they determined the casualty required further medical attention.
