Peel ratepayers are facing a 1.1 per cent rise in their rates this year.
The local authority says those living in the Sunset city will pay 270 pence in the pound.
That's a 3p rise on last year's figure.
Meanwhile, the town's refuse rate will be set at £257 - a rise of £34 per household.
