Peel's former Post Office could be transformed into an accountancy practice under new plans.
Postal services moved out of the building on Douglas Street in July, and now its owner has applied for permission to change its use to office space.
In his application, Richard Palmer of Quarterbridge Road in Douglas says the conversion wouldn't need any development work and the building would keep its potential retail use.
He says the shop, office and sorting areas would all be used as offices under the proposals, and an accountancy firm has expressed interest in leasing it.
