Peel could be getting a new playgroup, if planners give the project the green light.
Willow and Waves would be based in the Methodist Church hall on Atholl Street.
In its application, the group says it would host a breakfast club from 8am and a playgroup which would run until 4pm.
And it adds it hopes to cater for up to 16 children and employ three staff members.
