A Peel man will stand trial after denying indecently assaulting a child.
65-year-old Charles Joseph Cover, of Christian Street, appeared at Douglas Courthouse yesterday.
Two other charges - of gross indecency and inciting or procuring a person under the age of 16 to commit gross indecency - can only be tried at the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
All three offences allegedly took place between May 2016 and December 2017.
Committal proceedings - where the case is elevated to the Court of General Gaol Delivery - will take place on March 12th; he's been bailed until that date.
