After being based at Crookall House, the team will be at Garaghyn Glass on the Noble's site from Friday.
The team arrange travel and accommodation for patients going for appointments and treatment in the UK.
The opening hours will stay the same and patients can still contact them on 642673 or patient.transfers@gov.im
