Passport fees will be going up from Thursday, in line with changes in the UK.
The government is reminding people the increases will apply to all new applications, renewals and replacement passports from April 11.
The price of an Adult Standard passport will go from £93 up to £100, with an emergency one costing £219 up from £204.
Passport holders are urged to check them early to allow time to complete new forms and documents.
