A passenger on board the Manannan says she felt two crashes as the vessel docked in Douglas last night.
The Steam Packet Company says work's continuing to repair the ferry after it hit the harbour wall as it docked.
Nikki Hartley was one of those aboard - she says passengers were taken by surprise when they felt the impact.
