Parts of Douglas Promenade are closed for the next hour.
It's down to high tide coastal overtopping affecting those travelling on the prom.
As a result, motorists won't be able to travel from Broadway towards the Sea Terminal for the next hour.
Instead they'll be diverted back up Broadway until roughly 1pm.
The walkway and return lane are also closed for the time being.
Meanwhile, the stretch between Port Jack and Marina Road has also been cordoned off temporarily.
