Manx Utilities says it will have to shut off water in part of the north tonight for essential work.
Staff are installing a new water mains connection around Andreas tonight.
The work is due to start at 11pm and run for up to four hours.
The organisation says those living in St Judes and Andreas may notice a drop in water pressure or discoloured water.
