Irresponsible dog owners are to blame for a decision to keep a ban on pooches in a park in Ramsey.
Ramsey Commissioners asked residents if dogs should be allowed in Mooragh Park - and a slight majority of people were in favour.
But the local authority says it will keep its ban in place, because of the risk to children from fouling.
