The Palace Hotel cooks up Christmas cheer for Salvation Army.
The hotel said it's providing, preparing and cooking all the food for the Salvation Army’s Boxing Day lunch.
The central promenade hotel has been supporting the Salvation Army for years - asking the charity to pick the food up at 11.30am on the day.
Palace Hotel services director Gareth Capper says they understand Christmas can be a difficult time - and are pleased to engage with the local community.
Meanwhile Salvation Army’s Captain Dylan Nieuwoudt said the lunch will help to make a very real difference to around 50 people who would otherwise feel lonely and excluded at Christmas time.
