A painter and decorator's won his employment tribunal against a company which didn't pay him properly, give him written terms and conditions or issue proper payslips.
Brian Fisher said he hadn't been given a payslip in five years by Capital Town Ltd of Maynrys in Castletown.
The tribunal found Capital Town, which didn't attend the hearing, had also underpaid him by five weeks' wages.
Finding in Mr Fisher's favour, the body awarded him a total of £4,050.
