A Douglas landmark could get new wellness and sporting facilities, if planners approve a new application.
The Padel Garden Limited of Derbyhaven has applied for permission to build a new padel court, wild spa and cafe at the Nunnery on the Old Castletown Road.
In its plans the company says a new building would house four courts in total, while there'd also be a new sauna, café and pool nearby.
And it says although the work would mean cutting some car parking spaces, there'd still be 78 left for visitors.
