The American owners of an Island landmark have applied to carry out extensive repairs and improvements.
The couple from Baltimore bought Bishopscourt in Kirk Michael last year, and have now applied for planning permission to carry out work.
They say they want to replace rooves, rebuild chimneys and repoint stonework on the building - which dates to the 17th century.
An application for registered building consent has also been submitted.
