Onchan commissioners say if you overfill your wheelie bin, it won't be collected.

Seagulls have managed to get inside, scattering wrappers and food waste, which can attract vermin.
The board says only bins with closed lids will be collected, and you should contact the waste department about getting an extra or bigger bin if you need it.
