More than three-quarters of complaints about Manx Care were at least partly upheld last year.
When Tynwald sits this month, members will see a report about complaints against the body over the past 12 months.
In total, there were 263 complaints which Manx Care says is down 24 per cent on the previous year.
Of the 200 which have been fully investigated, 51 per cent were partially upheld while another 26 per cent were upheld in full.
