Douglas Council says 62 properties remain on its dilapidation or disrepair schedule.
A report considered by the Environmental Services Committee last month says one property has been taken off the list in the last month after work was completed on it.
But one more run-down building had been added to the list.
A full meeting of the council takes place this Wednesday.
