Outdoor leisure venues can reopen on Island from next Monday (April 12).
However, government has confirmed today rules on outdoor gatherings of groups of a maximum of ten people and following social distancing rules will still apply.
Chief Minister, Howard Quayle MHK, also says there should be no sharing of sports equipment between different households.
He also stated sports involving close contact, such as rugby and football, are still not allowed to restart.
Children's play areas will also be able to return on the same day but people are asked to make every effort to keep children from different households separated.
