The zero-ten system was introduced four years ago and has been an effective tool in attracting business to the Island.
It offers zero corporate tax with a ten per cent levy on only specific companies’ income.
The Euro Code Group have been looking into the system in great depth after flagging up some concerns about its structure.
A definitive outcome is expected by December.
