Out of this world experience for space students

Two students who won a scholarship at NASA’s Space School in America have been reliving their experiences.

Katy Myers from St Ninian’s High School and Rosie Watson from Ramsey Grammar School spent two weeks in Houston, Texas.

It’s part of a project sponsored by Manx space company ManSat.

They were selected to represent the Isle of Man and were tasked with planning a mission to Mars alongside other students from around the world.

Katy says the experience was one in a lifetime and she’s urging others to sign up:
