The Isle of Man's organ donation laws change today, and you're being reminded to register your decision.
Instead of an opt-in system, the Isle of Man will now operate an opt-out system - meaning you'll assume to give permission for organs to be donated unless you say otherwise.
The law was changed in memory of Daniel Boyde, who saved four lives through donation after losing his life in a car accident.
