Only minor incidents reported following busy day of racing

The good weather yesterday allowed for Monday's cancelled programme of racing to be run in full, paving the way for more of the same today.

Although there were no serious injuries the races were not without incident.

Racer Tony Tuttle came off at the waterworks during the Classic 350cc Race, he was ok and taken back to the Grandstand in a course car.

Barry Steeles came off at Sulby Bridge during the Parade lap, he again was ok and transported back to the Grandstand in a course car.

Stephen Dobie was given the all clear by the paramedics after coming off at the Waterworks, Adrian Morris was taken to Nobles Hospital by ambulance after he came off at the Nook, he was later discharged.

The roads are set to close for today's racing from 9.30.
