Just 0.26 per cent of Douglas homes are listed as being in 'disrepair'.
That's according to Douglas City Council, which says it's taking 'decisive action' on 'neglected' and 'unsafe' properties across the city.
It says despite the figure, it's 'clear there is no room for complacency.'
Environmental Services Committee chairman, Councillor Falk Horning reiterates ‘we all want to live in a Douglas that’s safe, well-kept and great to look at and that means looking out for our neighbourhoods, our homes and each other.’
