A one-way system is now in place on the footpath around Peel Castle.
Manx National Heritage has taken the decision to put it in place to allow people to exercise safely around the landmark.
MNH is reminding people to keep their distances from each other, adding there's plenty of passing places along the route to carry on safely.
Officials at the organisation say if residents follow the guidelines it will allow them to keep walking spaces like the one at the castle open.
