Fire crews attended a house fire in the South of the Island yesterday.
At around 1pm Rushen and Malew fire crews were called to a house by the Emergency Services Joint Control Room.
Fire fighters arrived to find a well-developed fire which had affected all rooms inside the property and quickly tackled the blaze before going inside.
Crews checked all people were not still within and one person was airlifted to hospital for treatment.
