Onchan Commissioners say plans to consolidate the Island's housing authorities do not have the best interests of Manx people at heart.
Chairman Rob Callister has praised plans for a shared equity scheme, making it easier for young couples to get on the housing ladder, he is contesting however the move to scrap points for Manx born applicants.
It is one of many aspects of the Tolsen report the commissioners have taken issue with, they will have their chance to air their grievances in a meeting with Minister Chris Robertshaw today.
Mr Callister says the report goes against what should be the Department's main priority:
