Police are warning people to stay off their phones whilst driving.
The Roads Policing Unit took to Facebook to say bad weather and distractions while driving could have serious consequences.
The warning comes after a man was handed four penalty points and a £120 fine for driving while on his mobile on the Mountain Road.
The man was still on his phone when he was pulled over by officers.
