Olympic athlete Martin Stamper will be on the Island this weekend to help inspire people to take up Taekwondo.
His visit is part of the Manx Taekwondo Festival which will also feature clubs from around the UK competing at the NSC in Douglas
The British athlete competed at London 2012 reaching the semi-finals and will help demonstrate the different aspects of the sport.
