The sidecar passenger was critically injured during this year's TT, following an incident at Ago's Leap which killed his teammate - Cesar Chanal.
The racer was taken to Noble's Hospital, before being flown to the UK for further treatment.
Now, organisers have confirmed Mr Lavorel has been transferred to France and is categorised as 'stable'.
